Richmond Apart-Hotel

We loved our stay here! The hotel was very modern and comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfy and we had a great night's sleep. The location couldn't have been better, just a few minutes' walk from the city centre and close to all of Liverpool's main tourist attractions. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options available in buffet style. The staff at the hotel were brilliant, especially the reception team. They were friendly and accommodating, and even upgraded us to a suite when there was a small issue with our room. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, close proximity to the railway station and city centre, and the helpfulness of the staff made our stay memorable.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always attending to my requests with a smile. the location of the hotel was a major plus, as it was close to the city center but not in the noisy, busy part. the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including coffee and tea making facilities and free water.

the room was quite hot and the air-conditioning wasn't working, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

The location was perfect, being within walking distance to Liverpool Limestreet stations and right in the city center. We loved the fact that we could easily explore the city without having to travel far. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We felt like we were staying in our own luxurious apartment. The amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee-making facilities, bottled water, and a safe. The beds were so comfortable, and the showers were amazing. We also enjoyed dining at the restaurant and the bar/lounge area, where we had delicious meals and drinks. our experience at this place was exceptional, and we highly recommend it.

If you're traveling with your family, this place is the perfect choice. We noticed plenty of families during our stay, and the hotel provided all the necessary facilities and services to accommodate them.

I had a fantastic stay at The Richmond Hotel; BW Signature Collection. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from Lime Street Station. The hotel itself is a beautiful old building with a luxurious decor that gave it a unique charm. The room I stayed in was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony where I could relax. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Liverpool.

We loved this place! The location was ideal for us as it was very close to the city centre and just on the outskirts of what you'd call city centre, so we could walk to Docks or restaurants. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, such as complimentary hygiene products in the bathroom, a big fridge, and a tea and coffee facilities. The bed was really comfortable and the room amenities including ironing facilities and an in-room safe were very useful.

The hotel's location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from Lime Street station and close to the town center. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with high ceilings and a well-equipped kitchen. The staff were very helpful and understanding, even upgrading our room when we mentioned a musty smell. The breakfast was delicious, and the polite and friendly staff made us feel welcome. a great stay.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the key location of the hotel, as it was conveniently close to various attractions and amenities. the hotel also offered a great value for money, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, I appreciated the fact that the room had a mini-fridge with complimentary water and real milk. It was a small but thoughtful detail that enhanced my stay.

There were a few aspects that I didn't find satisfactory. the service at dinner one evening was painfully slow, most likely due to a function taking place.
